Through the Guarino Family’s initiative, Meal From The Heart, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, homemade meal care packages are supplied and donated to deserving community members across the Chicagoland area; including MFTH’s first endeavor - frontline healthcare workers fighting COVID-19, and current endeavors - deserving community members across Chicago.

Vito and Lucrezia, the in-home chef husband- wife duo, are the backbone of MFTH. As a joint force they prepare, cook, and package meals.
Valentina, VP
Valentina connects with deserving community groups and organizations to coordinate meal care packages. In addition to being the primary point of contact for community outreach, she oversees end-to-end meal delivery.

Rocco manages all fundraising operations and corporate sponsorships.
